And I just wanted to let you know that your tastes and my tastes pretty much ALWAYS line up. So when you recommend something or I recommend something, it's almost always going to be a slam dunk. Namely:
-LOST (I watched our videos that we made last spring yesterday... HILARIOUS)
-Harry Potter
-Firefly- aren't you SO GLAD you pushed through that first ep? How else would we have fallen completely in love with every character on the show? Or had Halloween costumes for this year?!
-Marc Broussard- I seriously thank you for introducing him to me
-The PioneerWoman- always good for a recipe and a laugh! And you can't beat her giveaways. Also, CentsationalGirl... so much DIY fabulousness!
-Castle- really anything with Nathan Fillion is bound to be fantastic. And hilarious.
And most recently, the new Sara Bareilles album and Buffy. Yes, I started watching Buffy this morning. I thought you would be proud. :)
So even though we haven't always listened to one another (are you EVER going to read the Host!? Yes I PROMISE I will watch My Boys at some point...), you are my recommendation guru. So far I don't believe either of us has been led astray.

GRAGS! I almost started crying at my desk, this made me SO HAPPY! And it is funny that you mentioned The host. I passed it while at Home goods, and I told my mom how you wanted me to read it. I swear, I have read the first chapter three times and I cannot push through it. Someday, my friend, someday.
