-How many years in the future are the "flash-forwards"?
-Is there something significant about the Moses and Exodus comment that Naomi makes
-Does Naomi know she's going to die?
-Juliet's loyalty
-How does the "Looking Glass" work being underwater and stuff!?
-How were the tents marked with coral if they came a day early?
-Is Jack's Dad still alive?
-Is Jack still an employed doctor?
-Where is the "temple" and what is it?
-Ben = Ellsworth Toohey
-Is Kate pregnant?
-What's with the radio?
-Is Gary Nadler important?
-Why does Jack tell Kate he loves her?
-Assignment in Canada?! Is that important?
-Why a runway?
-What will happen with Hurley?
-Locke!?
-What is up with Walt?
-Jacob = Smoke monster?
-Who is dead!?
-Who is Kate going home to?
-Why is Jack surprised that nobody came?
-Why won't Mikhail DIE!?
-Was Ben's decision "The Purge" that killed 40 people? Or something else?
-Who are the "good guys" and who are the "bad guys"?
-Who programmed the code? Is the musician significant?
-Who gave the order to keep Jin, Sayid, and Bernard alive? Ben? Or someone else?
-Is the flash-forward true future or is it flexible?! (I think it's flexible)
-Is Charlie really dead?
-Are Michael and Walt coming back?
-What is up with time on the island?
-Is Jack's wife's pregnancy significant?
-Is Sun going to die?

These are all just a small portion of the questions I have milling about my brain about this crazy show! I'm sure I will add more after tonights episode.
