Firstly, I totally called that it was Kate.

My first question is why isn't Kate in jail?

Who is in the article? Is it Sawyer or is Sawyer who Kate needs to get back home to?

What is he lying about? He says he's sick of lying? Derek thinks that he's sick of lying about his love for her. But he didn't lie about his love, he told her he loved her in this episode. What if this is an alternate reality where he didn't tell her he loved her?

And finally, what if by some strange way this is a dream that Jack has right before they get rescued and he realizes that he's made a mistake and he wakes up and then joins with the others and Desmond (who I know we haven't seen the last of) and they blow up the rescue helicopter or something...

I have a feeling I'm reaching, but I hold strong to the fact that this ISN'T REALITY or even if it is IT CAN BE CHANGED.
