MOLLY HAS ARRIVED!

Okay, so Clint was laughing this morning because he was like "Aww, Lauren you are a new mother... to Molly!"

And indeed I am!  She's so new and shiny and I don't know how to use her at all yet... I'm learning though!  

So far, I'm a huge fan of the Macbook.  It's incredibly light and portable.  It has a lot of battery power and runs applications quickly and without any fuss (so far).  Last night, I got to video chat with Julie!  How fun is that!?  It was a little strange and totally surreal talking face to face with someone who is in Canada.

I took her to church this morning to show her off to Clint.  He was pretty impressed with the whole video chat thing too.  She was a hit!  I took her in her pretty pink neoprene sleeve and she didn't get dirty or overheated or anything!

As we were walking out the door and Clint was poking fun of me being a "mom" to my new Macbook he said "too bad she can't get you anything for Mother's Day."

To which I replied, "her presence is a good enough present as far as I'm concerned!"
